Customer service with this company was great and I am very happy with the quality of the signs. I ordered two different signs and only one was delivered along with someone else's sign. I contacted the company and got they other sign to me pretty quickly. The sign I did receive didn't have the numbers spaced apart on it like I wanted. I typed in spaces between numbers when I ordered but I'm guessing that didn't really show up on their end. I asked the company how I can get another sign the way I wanted it and they shipped me another one. I was very grateful they did this as I really expected to pay for that sign.

I'm very impressed with the high quality of the custom street sign by SmartSigns!! The reflectivness is just like that of a real road sign. The lettering is perfectly sized and color, are both very authentic. I couldn't be more be impressed with the not only the quality but as well with process of ordering it. Ordered on a Monday, the sign was made and shipped the same day. Arrived on Thursday over half way across the country. I would give this seller 10 stars if I could. Very well done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I can't say enough about this company. My sign was lost in transit and they quickly replaced it since I had a deadline I needed it by. Once received, it was WAY better than expected. 2nd time I bought a sign from them and both times blown away by the quality. Great product and Awesome customer service. The signs were beautiful! Great color, two little holes to hang them. Letter size & spelling correct, very visible! My grandkids will love them! Excellent product! Keep up the good work!
