Ask your doctor if getting up off your butt might be right for you!

I can’t use my Just Dance on my PS4 because Ubisoft and Sony don’t get along anymore so I got this game to burn some calories. It keeps me moving and there are 100 songs to work out with.

Get a waterbottle ready

Good music pumps up the challenge. I had problems with some punches ( as it doesnt register fast enough) - but its an overall good game.

This game is great for exercise but tracking is bad

This game are great for exercise every time I play sooo much sweating and tired. I love Beat saver and this Box VR love to exercise on video games.

I've had a calf injury that I have been resting and wanted to do some exercise, which didn't involve push ups, jogging or sit ups, so I thought I'd give this game a go and I wasn't disappointed. It has various of different timed boxing exercises to do, straight jabs, hooks, uppercuts and squats in time to the symbols and actions on the screen. You will build up a sweat playing this game and I highly recommend you buy a headband or headcovering to avoid sweet getting into your VR headset.
