I was nervous about ordering these online, but could not find them in stores anywhere near me. It was nice that I could choose my letters, especially since I had doubles. Rococo was great about getting back to me with questions. When the item came in I realized there were not instructions, but rococo emailed within 24 hours with directions on how to apply. They look wonderful and I had no problem with the gems falling off the paper. They were the perfect size for a first initial on a robe or t-shirt. I would absolutely buy again. As for the washing, you will need to wash inside out and NO hot air dryer.

The letters are very beautiful and stylish but the letter I needs to have more style to it. Otherwise items arrive on time and really looks good once applied.

I loved how easy these were to glue on, however, I used satin robes to glue on my bridesmaids initials and the part that peels off left a residue on the robe.
