Polycarbonate Lexan Clear Plastic Sheet 1/4" (6 mm) 24" x 48"

The packaging was very good. Even though it was handled roughly during the delivery, it was undamaged. It is a little undersized by about 1/4" on length and width if that's important to you. I used it for a truck camper, back window. Size 23.75" x 31.5" in a red pine frame. Seems plenty strong for what I need it for. And it is crystal clear! I'm very happy with my purchase and I have left overs for a few router jigs I have in mind for the future.

This is a fine product but be aware that it seems to comply to industry standards and is undersized on all dimensions. 0.224"x 23.875"x 47.875".

Was easy to cut and drill holes in.

High quality Lexan. Used a Freud 10 In 80 Tooth Plexiglass&Plastic Cutting Saw Blade 5/8 In Arbor LU94M010 and the cuts were super smooth. The Lexan was easy to drill "I clamped a piece of plywood underneath when I drilled and the holes are clean and smooth. Shipping was fast and well packaged. Overall A+

Mower rock shattered my rear side car window. The Glass place wanted over one Thousand dollars to replace it, so I cut this to fit rounding the corners with a belt sander and bought some 1/4" window edge trim. I just cut out the old. Then, I used trim glue and black silicone to seal the trim. I painted the dark area with black spray paint. although not perfect, it looks really good for this 2000 model Subaru. This was not an easy project. BTW, this is the second car I've done this on. The first one has held up for about 10 years and is still clear; Although it was a different product so I'm hoping this will be the same.

What I liked most about this product: it's Lexan branded polycarbonate and the measurements are true. Imagine that! I bought a 24" x 48" x 1/4" sheet - the actual measurements are 24 1/8" x 48" x 1/4" thickness. I like the width of 24 1/8' because I'll be ripping down to 12" panels and with a 1/8" overage, once done cutting with a thin kerf blade and a circular saw, it leaves slightly over 12" width. None of this under-sized panel stuff others are peddling. You get what you pay for with these guys. Also, the price is unbeatable - 1/2 of what everyone else is charging. Thank you!
