Buy this first, it is the last one you need
My cap on the triton sand filter was old and not moved for Years. I broke two of the plastic tools and threw away a bunch of money. This aluminum tool fits well and was able to sustain the pounding from a rubber mallet and got the dome lid removed. It was seized so hard it left threads in the tank, but this got it off. Save yourself the frustration and money, by this first.
