Soooo excellent! This has helped me with my oxygen levels and my thinned hair at the top of my head has filled in significantly. I had a relaxer service done years ago that damaged my hair follicles and my hair was having a hard time coming back in. This was only one month of intake. I’m still working it out but you can see the difference. Super tasty and easy to take!! I wait an hour before my morning coffee as caffeine blocks the absorption of iron!! I have taken at least a dozen different mineral products, and this is my favorite. It tastes SO good, that I literally have to stop myself from over consuming. I could sip on this stuff all day long.These minerals have helped me with hydration, my immune system, and my gut! I highly recommend! Plus with the liquid, you are getting way more bang for your buck with the 98% absorption rate.

STOP making this with Xylitol or make a version without it PLEASE. Xylitol IS NOT HEALTHY FOR YOU.That being said, this stuff works. It's curing my skin which nothing else could cure. Will comment more as I see more or less results. For those negative reviews about toxic substances: it depends on the electrical charge of the salt whether you accumulate it or not, in theory, that is why the ionic mineral salts should be OKAY. As for xylitol, it is a chemically-derived sweetener that is harmful to your gut and not naturally-occurring in nature. You should be concerned with the xylitol in this.
