Can I do leg press using these bands?

I would agree with the other answer. These are great and I have used them for leg press and squating. Squat by holding the handles at shoulders and step on band. Leg press. Lay on back, hold handles shoulder height and push band woth feet.

whats the weight resistace

In the instructions page included with the set, it shows about 25-35 pounds for each band. I double stack them, so it is the equivalent of 50-65 pounds. I started using these because free weights were hurting my neck and they work very well.
