It’s a real insurance and it works

I typically never buy the insurance on Amazon whenever there’s an option. However, I had purchased it with a treadmill a little over a year ago. My treadmill got wet and I had forgotten that I purchased the insurance. Thank goodness I discovered that I had. I filled out the claim in about 5 min and within 30 seconds of submitting it I had a refund code for credit to Amazon. Highly recommend purchasing for your more expensive products!!

Asurion has come through for me a number of times for items I have purchased their coverage for. I am very impressed with how they've handled my claims, the promptness of communication, the easy way to file claims, and the end results. Thank you! And I will continue to get this coverage for future purchases.

I purchased a two year repair insurance for my ebike and the company plan states that I need to have a copy of the Asurion email confirming the Plan I purchased and a copy of the Plan itself, in order to make a claim. A little bit more than a year later, I tried to make a small claim and the company changed its terms. It no longer requires the above info, it only requires that I mail my ebike to them and they will take a look at it. However, there is no shipping label, no address to send it to, no payment for the cost for actually sending the bike (box big enough for bike, and stuffing to prevent damage) to them and who knows if they would deduct the return shipping from the actual cost to the small repair that my bike needed. They also require that I fill out a repair form to send with the bike. HOwever, the repair form doesn't say anything about bikes. It just asks me about my computer repairs or whatever little electronic device.. for example, one of the questions was asking me if the volume still worked. Try and get help from any medium they offer and it will end up the same way as putting in a claim.. you end up chasing your tail with automated responses telling you how to file a claim online like the first time you already did. Did I do something wrong when I actually made the initial claim.. according to Asurion customer service via Amazon website "contact the seller", I did not and she gave me the same instructions from which this complaint is based upon. In other words, she didn't actually answer my complaint but only circle talked me.They offered a refund... it is cheaper for Asurion to give me back my money than it is to pay on a claim they promised to fulfill. It is too late for me to purchase insurance on my ebike with a reputable company.

Aurion did a great job taking care of our issue. Took less then 3 days after mailing our product back.

Purchasing a protection plan is great but keep in mind, the first year of the plan actually begins when you purchased your item, the same time as the manufacturer's warranty. Your protection plan will only cover what the manufacturer doesn't during that first year.

Can't install Knight Electric Bike for Adults 750W please help me

I bought insurance for two electric bike that I got for Christmas. They both stopped working. I have returned one and was reimbursed with a gift card . I have now shipped the other bike and I’m waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully all goes well and I can give another five star rating. So glad I got the insurance at this point. Well, actually, I waited to send the review till always settled, and they reimburse me for both bicycles.
