I have tendonitis in both elbows and my doctor recommended I try compression braces to get some relief. These are easy to pull on and off and they do what they're supposed to do. At $10 for a pair, not just one, they're a good value. My only real complaint in the summer is they hold in heat and make me feel overly warm. I'm sure I'll appreciate that, come winter but for now, it's hard to keep them on for very long. Other than that, they're great.

Nice idea, poor execution. The elastic thread is so cheap that it is breaking after only a few uses. Guess that's why they give you two braces. Won't be long before they are both unravelling at both ends.

I have nasty tennis elbow in both arms from years of lifting weights. Seems no matter what I do, it won't go away. I've tried many compression sleeves over the past few months and none have helped in the least. I stumbled upon the Vive Bamboo Elbow Sleeve on Amazon while searching for elbow pain relief.. It caught my eye first just from the color. A nice heather grey, and not black for a change. For under 10$ I thought why not try another one? To my surprise, when I received it in the mail, the material was heavy and thick! Not the flimsy material sleeves you can pick up at your local store. The fit is a little snug (I got the L/XL) but it's a good snug. The compression is just perfect. It's not a cure, but it helps get me through a lifting workout. I loved it so much, I bought a second one for my other elbow.I give this sleeve 5 stars with zero complaints.

If you get hot easily, don’t buy, but if you are cold like me and need to get through long workdays at the computer keyboard and evenings of laundry and kiddos, these are helpful. Wouldn’t recommend for exercising, errands and outdoors unless it’s cold out. They are thick but give pressure needed to combat pain. Would recommend for mild physical use but not for exercising.

The product is solidly constructed and works great. The only problem I have, one not confined to this company but rather pervades all products from Asia - is that the product appears to be constructed for children, or petite ladies. It was with some hesitation I ordered these, even though I selected X-TRA LARGE because I know this going in - that my idea and Asia's idea of X-TRA LARGE are nowhere near the same. Thankfully I am not working out now, so I can slip them over my arms, but they still cut of the circulation after a awhile and cause some pain where the seams bite into my arm. If you are petite, a child or skinny, these will work quite well for you. If you are anywhere north of medium-sized, caveat emptor!

Comfortable to wear and it helps with the nagging tendon pain, which is why I bought them in the first place. They do get a bit warm to wear during summer but that's a definite plus in the winter time. Overall happy with this purchase.

Very comfy. I purchased this for some permanent nerve damage from trauma to my arm just below the elbow. I train in Oly weightlifting and it was triggering lots of pain in my distal fingers. The pressure and the warmth of the material used are perfect when I feel a tinge coming on. I wish there was a shorter option that didn't cover my elbow, but that would have to be custom made and I believe I can modify this o weigh my am sewing machine. I don't think any other type would be modifiable. I'm so glad there are two in a pack as I can wash one while wearing the other when it's been used enough times. The material and construction look impeccable and the price was right.

i use these for golf. i'm 75 and they have stopped tendinitis in arms caused by vibrations when hitting down on the ball. i've bought two more pair for future; recommend them highly!
