If you wear a bra and suffer from digestive disorders like IBS etc, the tightness of the band round your midriff can cause pain, wind, and general discomfort including nausea. I had spent quite a lot of money trying sports bras, cutting the under band of bras etc just to avoid these problems and even asked a bra expert the solution… but no joy until I came across these bra extenders .. contrary to common belief it is NOT essential to have a bra so tight round your rib cage that you can’t breath and it digs in and causes wind etc…. So adding an extra 10 cms or even more if you use two extenders together resolves the problem nicely. And very cheaply. I’ve used these for 6 weeks though I remove them from the bras when I put them in the washer and just give these extenders a little rub in warm water and soap, and they are still as good as new. If they only last me 6 months, that will,only have cost me 50p a month for comfort! Hurrah!

I’ve bought bra extenders before but these are the first I’ve tried with elastic - and what a difference! True I have to do my bra up on the smallest fitting now but what a pleasure not to feel uncomfortable from having it sticking into me! I would certainly recommend these.

Liked very much as really made a difference as cup size perfect but just mneeded a bit more length at the back and the bra extensions fitted the bill perfectly.

The hooks are a little bit too close together but will clip to fasten. Bit too stretchy. Quality what I’d expect for the price.

I bought these to help with pregnancy related rib expansion. Even on the tightest fitting they add too much to the back size of the bra, thereby removing any support from the bra as it is then too loose. It seems like these extenders could increase the back size on a bra by two sizes because of the length of the extender and the amount of elastic used. They were therefore not suitable for me.

I find them too elastic and stretchy, now my bra is way too loose even on a smallest setting. Keep it in mind when purchasing this, I’d say it starches up to 10cm, perhaps even more..

Promised myself I’d never ever use these but they have given life to new bras that fit at the front but not the back.

Hi I think it is too strecthy at times and sometimes one hook comes on opened. Yes was good value for money Anne
