I purchased my hair in April and was able to wear my Marley twists for a month and a half. I loved the texture, it made twisting easy. Yes, it did have a smell, but that’s with any hair you buy at beauty supply store. It smelled great after I washed/conditioned it. Definitely came through for me during the pandemic when the local beauty supply store was closed.

The media could not be loaded. I got my hair done June 12th and here it is approaching 3 months (Sep 12)...my actual hair had grown out alil and the twists I have in have started looking alil unkept but they look even better than when they were freshly done (see pics & video). They aren't heavy until you get them wet, but I just squeeze the water out like a rag and let it drip and air dry. I wash them about every 3 weeks, especially at the roots and at the sight where it holds the hair because of sweat and my natural body oils built up. Not really hot on the area of the body where it covers (neck) only when in bunched together with a scrunchie on the ends.

I purchased the hair for marley twists. The texture of the hair was comparable to my hair texture (i.e. 4C) when stretched. The hair is soft which is great for the flexibility of the breads, but the hair requires more manipulation when twist/braid. One order (six packs) is not enough for your full head. Be cautious and order place two orders (12 packs).The smell was HORRIBLE, one viewer accurately described it as a "dirty sock smell". However, a quick dip and rinse removed the smell quickly. I hung the hair in my bathroom to air dry. It an afternoon to dry.Overall, the hair looks and feels real. I did not give 5 stars because of the smell and the extra work and time associated with removing the smell prior to installation.

This is good hair, it did the job.

Update: One star. Hair looks great after braiding but the smell is still there slightly so used mouse and hair gel to mask it. I would not recommend anyone buy it. So sad because the color is lovely. And I do not feel like scrubbing the other hair to use it again.Aside from the smell of stinky socks which I have found to be of any hair coming from china since Covid. I know before hand the hair I ordered smelled of standard chemicals but the hair is beautiful.I took pics and will super soak ther hair with gentle shampoo and conditioner. I recommend buying but washing before wearing.

I ordered this hair to do twists, and was under a confined amount of time so I didn’t have time to send it back or go somewhere to get more.It was very neatly packaged, but when I opened up an individual pack of hair, the hair had a smell that I can not describe. It most definitely didn’t smell clean, and sort of smelled like chemicals. I figured I could wash it, and see what happened. So I had to do a very very deep wash on the hair, and the water that ran off was dark brown. I rinsed it until the water ran clean, and the hair smelled fine after that but that was very unsettling. I’ve never had that happen to me before when buying any sort of hair like this.Also, the ends tangle quite easily. I made it work, but you lose a lot of hair at the end trying to rip it apart. My twists came out great, but it’s not the best hair I’ve ever used.

It survived a day at the beach! I did these twists in about 2.5 hours with 16 inches! Super easy and fast, and you can wash and reuse it, no prob!

When I tell you this the best and softest Marley hair I used.Yes it's gets tangled but not like regular Marley hair.Just comb before use and you good to go.They need to go ahead and send me a pack of #3 or a #4 cause I'm sending hair dresser from other states your way

Words could not describe how disappointed I am. When I first bought the product a few months ago, it was perfect, there were so many hair I even had leftovers. So I decided to order again, only to discover the quantity was decreased by half for the same price… very disappointing.

Bundles are very thin and hair is definitely not marley hair

Loved it, great color, great length, comes with extras like a crotchet needle and its more than you need for one braiding session (and my head is bigger than average!).
