Paying over $50 for a single fitted king sized sheet was something we did almost out of desperation, but it seemed impossible to find a sturdy thick bottom sheet either online or in local stores. Fortunately this sheet was every bit as thick and sturdy as we had hoped. The price still feels steep to us, but so far it feels that we got something quality in return. Odds are good that we will buy more in the future.

These are excellent sheet in a wide variety of colors. These are all cotton and you need to follow the washing instructions. Don't wash in too hot water or too crowded in washer. Keep dryer temp low. These instructions apply to all cotton sheets. They take a few washes to reach their softest.

Pillow cases are not up to softness par at all. I would not buy this if I were you.

A strong, sturdy, and well-made sheet. Worth every penny. Just what we ordered! We only needed a new bottom sheet as these sheets are truly long-lasting!

The pillowcases that I ordered seemed to be made of good quality heavy fabric with a nice luster. I was very pleased after my long search for sturdy bed linens, but then disappointed after checking the construction. It is typical modern construction with two serged side seams. The sewing was careless, with areas of bunching at the hem to make the side seams come out even. Not seen except on the inside, it would have become apparent and an ongoing irritation after laundering with twisting and creasing of the hem, and perhaps the whole pillowcase. A very obvious defect, it should not have passed inspection. It was too much to risk to resew it myself and hope for a better outcome. The fabric is nice enough, however, that I will order another set. There is a rather strong vinegary smell that I hope will wash out.

We've now purchased 3 sets, two sets of sheets (Royal 1000 Thread Count, Chateau 800 Thread Count) and these pillow cases. We didn't purchase the sheet set because my wife didn't want white (Split King only available in white). The Pizuna fabric is the thickest. After one washing they are rough and not very supple. There is no doubt of the quality of this fabric. Does 1000 thread count make a difference? Definitely!! It will likely take a good dozen washings before they would be very supple and comfortable. They are VERY much worth the money. Of the 3, these represent the best value. I can't comment on the fit of the fitted sheets given we purchased the pillow cases but the pillow cases are very large. Really, too big! (King) Once they're washed enough and become more supple their large size will not be bothersome. After one wash they are bothersome.For now I have this pillow case on a formed latex pillow that I put between my legs at night. They are too rough, right now, to be against my face. I'll say this, once they've been broken in I suspect they will be the best of all three. So, in assessing the 3, I would pick these above any that we have tried or compared to. The Pizuna 1000 thread Count sheets represent an exceptional value!

If you want a well made, quality material pillow case, these are for you. I've looked and looked for some that manufacturers don't scrimp on the amount of material (after all you can make a pillow case for a couple of dollars and sell it for 12.00 and make a huge profit) or the quality. Most are cheap and too small for a standard pillow. These are perfect. Buy them.
