i weight 220 lb far to small i weight lift so need xxl

This contraption is helping a ton with a shoulder impingement issue. Use it for upper body days and pre/post stretching. I’m about 3 bills but used to do the power lifting thing so ordered the two x hoping it would hold the shoulders from rolling forward. And works awesome!!!

Unreal feeling of warmth and tightness around shoulders in warm ups prior to training. I've had knee and ankle injuries but if at all possible would like to avoid any more, shoulders included!
