Is this really safe for stainless steel griddles?

Yes, it's perfect on stainless. I have a Blaze 30" Built-in Stainless Griddle and it took my cooktop from caked on brown to shiny stainless in about 3 minutes.

How much product do you use per application? Also, will this remove sticky residue from cookie sheets?

2 OZ is recommended but you can't leave on past 2 mins. i never used it on anything but the griddle.

Can I use this on a non-stick griddle?

I use this to clean my griddle, Wok and non-stick cast iron griddle on my gas stove. https://www.amazon.com/TAIMIKO-Commercial-Stainless-Teppanyaki-Temperature/dp/B09RFHQ93Q/ref=sr_1_23?crid=20JPKN209QXBQ&keywords=18%2Binch%2Bgriddle&qid=1686599847&sprefix=18%22%2Bgriddle%2Caps%2C414&sr=8-23&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.18630bbb-fcbb-42f8-9767-857e17e03685&th=1
