Great gloves for men!
I bought these gloves for my boyfriend for Christmas! He loves them. He works outside and his hands are warm and they stay dry. Very comfortable. Worth the money! They look good to.

Finally a warm glove that fits
It is a struggle to find gloves for my husband that fit comfortably as most run too small. These gloves fit with some wiggle room giving him full dexterity to manage outdoor chores, are warm enough for brutal WNY winters and give wrist coverage as well as are adjustable.Worth the investment because they check all marks!

They took *FOR-EV-ER* to get to me, but seem pretty solid
I must admit that my initial impression of these gloves was tarnished by the fact that it took 4 weeks for them to get to me (whatever happened to Prime?). Now that they're finally here, I can weigh in on a few things I've noticed from other reviews. The sizing seems pretty close. I'm 6'1" tall and usually wear a size large glove. The fingers fit me perfectly, but the thumbs are a little long. *HOWEVER*… they do fit tight across the knuckles—at least initially. For the way I'm using them, I don't mind that. They are a little stiff initially, but not unusually so for new, insulated gloves. The insulation seems pretty decent. It's only 20ºF here in northern Minnesota today, so I'll have to see how they do when it actually gets cold (-20º) later this winter.I bought them to use when I split and gather firewood to bring into the house during the winter. I have regular work gloves I use in the summer, but need something warm for winter use (my previous pair of generic gloves from the hardware store wore out). After an initial use, they seem to be suitably rugged. I guess time will tell.UPDATE—Using in Below-0°F WeatherAfter using a couple times in colder weather, I’d have to say these are not the warmest. After bringing in a few loads of wood, my fingers were pretty cold, so I switched to my Outdoor Research down mittens for shoveling snow, which are much warmer (of course. I’ve never found a pair of gloves that are as warm as a good pair of mittens).FWIW, the fit has also loosened up a little with use.I’m keeping them.

Nice Antarctic Gloves
This last winter I tried to shovel off our deck wearing driving gloves. WRONG. I was so mad I ordered these gloves and the problem was gone. Of course where I live one day it is -10 degrees and then that afternoon it is 70 degrees. At least I am now prepared and don't have to get frostbite again.

Hopefully my dog doesn’t chew these
As the title says I had to get a new set of winter gloves after my last ones became an unintentional chew toy for my German shepherd. These are nice gloves. They seem really warm and fit nice. It got warm after I got them so I haven’t had to use them that much but happy so far.

Gloves not as warm as I hoped.
My torso, body, feet, hat all warm. Hands not. Hand size, large, gloves size large. Thumb, and first 3 fingers left hand very cold. Temp 17 deg F. I was outside 30 minutes.

Excellent Gloves!
Just bought a second pair. These gloves have kept my hands very warm and comfortable in extreme wet and heavy wind an heavy snow conditions with temperatures as low as -17 with wind chills as low as -50. I did add lined brown jersey gloves an a pair of hot hands inside of them with temperatures that low. So far best gloves I've ever warn especially in cold weather including freezing rain!

For me, these are warm.
I tried electric gloves with no luck. I try the Carhartt gloves and I buy two different pairs, this being the warmer of the two. They are comfortable and easy to use within physical ability of any insulated glove. This glove has a leather fnedrs or guard for the knuckles. When looking at TV commericals, I get jaded with so many Carhartt commercials but I'm here to say they make a real, and good product in their gloves.

Great gloves - Size up though!
I had been searching for durable, warm gloves suitable for Canadian prairie winters. Mitts are always warmer but I like gloves when doing outside tasks..like splitting/hauling wood, which we do pretty much daily all winter long. I prefer gloves when walking the dogs as well so wanted something warm for that. I'm a woman with very small hands, so I thought being men's gloves, a small would be more than large enough. They were surprisingly small. I could get them on but they were way to snug. I returned them and ordered the medium and they fit perfectly...not too loose but more than enough room to work in. I've used them throughout this past fall/winter so for about 6 months and they have held up well. A bit of minor wear on a couple of the finger pads but nothing major considering the abuse they take. Hopefully I'll get a few winters out of them. They were pricey but you get what you pay for, overall I'm happy with them

Warm & Functional
These are very warm gloves. They live up to the carhartt quality that I know and love. I use these gloves for snowmobiling so I’m well aware that these are perfectly durable for staying outside for hours on end in temperatures in, around and even below -10 degrees

Just wish they lasted longer
We mostly all use these. They are the warmest gloves we found that stay together the longest. I just wish they lasted longer then one winter. The leather part of the glove seperates from the rest of the glove. We work on a farm, so lifting buckets, pitch forks, using lead ropes, snowmobiles, and chopping wood.

impressed
I work outside during the winter from October to May in the mountains of western Canada. Where I work its not unusual to have it snow 12mths a year at elevation.Received these at the beginning of a cold snap> Sustained temps of -30C for 6 days and have to say these gloves worked well. Not toasty all the time but performed better than expected. Insulation is a bit thin in the thumb and forefinger compared to the rest of the glove but this must be for dexterity purposes although not mentioned in item description. Just my observation. I easily go through a pair of gloves each season so it will be interesting to see how these last. Construction seems good and they have wear pads at all the "usual places" so I'm hoping good things!!
