Excellent condition
The plugs were in excellent condition and had no weeds in them. Very healthy Empire Zoysia.

Poor product description. Small plugs
Product description is weak.One plug is 1x1inch. Not the standard 3x3.Needs a lot of attention for about the first month.

Looks like native Bermuda
Both my neighbors have Zoysia so I was disappointed that the grass I received looks nothing like the beautiful, fine blades growing next door. The root system looks like Bermuda and the blade thickness matches almost perfectly the wild Bermuda lawn I'm trying to replace. I also want to note that the Amazon "directions" say nothing about lawn prep prior to planting, but the instructions in the box essentially tells you to excavate your existing lawn to bare dirt prior to planting.
