I use a bike pedal to turn off an on my mind playing the guitar. When I am doing a gig and I know the upcoming songs I will switch if I want to use it on my voice it's a quick plug switch back and forth.I believe it would take two of these units to do both at the same time but I could be wrong there might be something out there to be able to switch back and forth. Either way its real nice effects for both ways guitar and looping is awesome. **Q: Could I use the pedals built in without looping?** A: Yes you can use the built in pedals without looping, however the pedal sounds are based on the left white knob and cannot be controlled with the pedals. **Q: Does it come with the power supply?** A: No it doesn't come with its own power supply.
