Dyna-Glo 30,000 BTU Liquid Propane Blue Flame Vent Free Wall Heater, White

I use this heater to warm my shed when I am working in it. I run it for about 40 minutes to bring the temperature up from about 45 degrees to about 75 degrees. I hate to turn it off because I love standing in front of it, but it works so well heating the shed I have to turn it off. Though the manufacturer recommends a 100 lb. tank I use a standard 20 lb. tank which I can easily switch out and refill. It had a slight smell when I first used it, but the more I use it the less it smells. (like a new car smell that goes away over time). I have a brand new carbon monoxide detector in the shed, and though I have used up several tanks of liquid propane (which last me about 3 weeks each) the fireplace has never set off the CO detector.I am very happy with this purchase. The photo shows the fireplace/heater wall mounted with an inexpensive fireproof mat behind and below it, as well as a little 200 watt "My Heat" electric heater on the glass table beside it. Once the shed is heated with propane, the little electric heater has no problem maintaining the heat at a very comfortable temperature. I'm so glad I found this cost effective solution.

Just what we need this winter. We had freezing weather of 21° F, and probably this coming day, it's gonna get colder; this heater can heat my entire house (1175 sq/ft) with just a low setting. Easy to mount and operate, I'm glad I ordered this just in time for winter.

This works great! heats the area up fast. Wish it had a thermostat that would turn the heater off when it reached a certain temp. But i can turn it down when I need it.

We love this heater takes very little propane we went thru the last half of the winter and never had to turn it above 3 1/2. The 100 Lb (24 gallons) tank lasts us about a month. Easy to install

I bought this heater because I needed it. Went through the trouble of mounting it, turned the gas on and went through the lighting process and ...... Crickets. Everything is proper the pilot just will not light as many of you know with an item this big and expensive returning them is anything but easy. Furthermore the "support" website was anything but useful and not mobile device friendly. I would expect such a well known name to simply be better and no I don't want to return my item I just want it fixed and not at my expense either send someone to fix it at your expense or simply send me a new one at your expense. Over the years I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on Amazon and have given no more than 3 one star reviews. If you are going to buy one of these heaters I suggest you go to a local store where you can return it if anything goes wrong and speak to a live person whom is actually helpful. That having been said should the seller reconcile the situation I will come back and update my review as credit is given where it is earned. At this moment I do not recommend this product.

This heater is amazing, heats up house really well. Easy to operate works well. Good size i was surprised how big it was.

Purchased one for my detached 2.5 car garage and one for in my 1860s house.Easy to install, heat up quickly.With the one in my house, in conjunction with my woodstove, the house was very comfortable and I didn't turn my oil burning furnace on even once. This is in a region where temps well below zero in the winter are common.I purchased carbon monoxide detectors for added safety.Has 3 settings to adjust the BTU output.In the garage, I hung tarps between the 2 bays and installed the heater in the 1.5 side so I could use some of the space in winter. Heater did the job, maintaining temps in mid 60s on below zero days.
