I purchased this product because a friend saw it on Dr Oz's show and felt it was worth a try for her difficulties in maintaining a decent night's sleep. It is a natural product with no side effects as far as I can tell.It is in effect a natural delivery system in pill form for the melatonin your body produces to get to sleep, but be cautious this product is not regulated by the FDA since it is a natural product so use it at your discretion for there is no dosage listing on the bottle so each person has to find his or her proper dosage.But I would very highly refer this product for what it has done for my friend's problems.
