My daughter is a very big fan of BTS. So I got this for her and she is very happy. Affordable price. Nice colour and very classic.

I love this cup, it so easy to use!

I've been using this travel mug for several weeks now. The first thing I noticed was moisture in the space between the clear sleeve and the metal cup (which had the BTS logo printed on paper and wrapped around). I figured it was due to the high humidity in south Texas, and it would go away. It never did. I looked more closely at it, and realized that the parts were not screwed together tightly enough to keep the moisture out. I got everything dried out, then put it back together and made sure everything was secured tightly. Moisture still got in. I repeated the drying out process and when I put the mug back together, I really tightened the pieces. The sleeve cracked under the pressure. Now the mug leaks as well as allows moisture into the sleeve. The design inside is completely ruined and the mug is pretty much unusable since it now leaks. I'm disappointed as I really wanted to love this piece. Unfortunately it didn't hold up.

Very cheaply made. Insulation layer is cheap plastic. I bought it for my sister as an early Christmas gift and it broke within 5 minutes. All she did was twist the cap off to fill it with coffee and the whole insulation layer broke off. Do not buy!

Love the way it looks but it was not well made. Maybe it’s the one I have. The top was difficult to take off and when it finally came off the entire cap came off and pulled the bottom out.
