One Minute With God: Sixty Supernatural Seconds that will Change Your Life

While reading this book, many times I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit and should have marked those passages. I almost read it in one sitting; I couldn't put it down. After reading this book, I discovered that Ellis's church was about an hour from where we live. My husband and I made the drive because I was curious to see if the Holy Spirit was really moving in his church the way he said it was. As soon as we walked in, we felt it. There was something very different here. I couldn't quell the feeling, however, that I would probably be disappointed because they would more than likely follow the ubiquitous preaching style of welcoming, announcements, 3-4 songs and then 20 minutes of preaching -- without letting the Holy Spirit lead anything. Boy, was I in for a surprise. From the start, there was Spirit-led singing and everything about the entire service was Spirit led. Pastor Ellis immediately had people sit up front if they needed healing. While he preached and prophesied and stood in front of people, one by one, they were healed and started crying and praising Jesus. Hallelujah! Many people were there from being healed in previous services and testified. I could tell Pastor Ellis didn't have a "prepared" sermon; he just followed the Spirit. How rare this whole experience was. I can personally testify that once you've been in the presence of Almighty God -- Creator of ALL things, things of this world will grow strangely dim. To strive to STAY in His Presence is very hard in this demonic world, but we must keep trying. There really is a peace that surpasses all understanding. One day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD! Hallelujah!

If you believe that God exists and those words in Scripture that reveal He is a rewarder of those who seek him, you will appreciate this book. It takes God's promises and focuses us on the expectation we may properly entertain that God wants to touch us deeply and personally. The author draws from his personal experiences that have confirmed the truths he shares for him.Each of us must ask: if he is truthful, would we not want to know God intently as the author humbly indicates he has? Can anyone claim, I have arrived and can get no closer to God? I know I can't. A worthwhile read and a buy signal from me.

This is no ordinary book. The words are vibrant and alive, they leap off the pages as if God is speaking directly to you in a loving invitation for you to have an encounter with Him for whatever you need, whether healing, provision or deliverance. Read it; it will bless and transform your life. Update: After reading about halfway through, I've gone back and bought three more copies of this wonderful book to give to friends and family who need miracles or divine help.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading this writing it will open your eyes to what God can do in us and thru us if we are willing to seek him and be obedient. We can all talk the talk but do we walk out what we talk. This writing brings clarity to what GOD IS DOING IN AND THRU OUR LIVES WHEN WE SUBMIT it is so important to set self aside and rest in the fullness of the Spirit that God has provided us seeking Jesus each day for his redemption to be manifested thru our lives alive in Christ. God than takes the hardest things and transforms them in a blink of the eye. Thank you for the Truth written here

I love the message in this book because it is very liberating. One minute with God inspires hope within the individual who may think that it takes hours to experience God. The author does an amazing work in conveying to the reader God's love and availability to all who need Him. He tells you that you already have everything you need to experience your one minute with God.Great thanks to Keith Ellis for enlightening everyone to the power and presence of God in our lives.

This is more than just a book! It is an experience! I believe that as you read this amazing book you will also experience the genuine goodness of God. Sometimes we just need a little nudge in the right direction in order to receive our One Minute with God. Truly this reading will lead you in the right direction. It will answer many questions you may have asked yourself and bring clarity and revelation in many different ways. I am reading it again and again and have ordered extra copies for gifts. This is an inspiring testimony from a profit of God. I especially enjoyed the chapter on the 10 keys for a supernatural encounter with the Lord.

I ordered three initially, one each for myself, my husband and my daughter. I just started reading my copy this morning on the subway. I'm only on page 50, but the reviews are absolutely correct. This book has God's ANOINTING on it! My first customer of the day told me she has cancer and I gave her my copy. I definitely need more to give away and one for me so I can finish it.

It's been some time since I have picked up a book and completed it. This book however is a timely book, and a must read. If you desire an encounter with God then let the title of this book prepare you, encourage you, and most importantly believe that if you have chosen this book because of the title, its because God is speaking to you.
