Excellent addition to the collection!
Lugia is one of my favorites and I was happy to find this card at a reasonable price! The envelope it came in was ripped along the top but that was probably the postal servce. The card itself was safe in plastic sleeve which I decided to keep it in and display for a bit.

Collector beware!
If your a collector and buying to finish a collection do not consider these cards. The pictures I attached the sticker says new but there was clear signs of damage and start of delamination which indicates use. Tried to return but option not available. Which sucks because this was supposed to be a gift for my brother who collects.
