No like photo
My daughter has done several diamond paintings and this one was the most disappointing. Actual diamond painting looks nothing like the picture. Colors are nowhere near as bright and the starfish barely shows.

Difficult to see keys
Symbols are very difficult to distinguish on the canvas, the bottom which is very dark has lettering that is also very dark. Even with the help of a magnifying glass I could not make out the letters, I missed so many & had to go back to complete. Many of the diamonds were stuck together & I couldn't take them apart.

Inaccurate photo used to depict finished product
Have bought 4 diamond dots projects. They come rolled and have been flat enough to put dots on. This one has sharp creases that makes it hard to apply dots. Also,why cant company's use actual finished dot pictures instead of actual photograph that doesnt depict diamond dots. Alot more satisfied customers instead of dissappointed ones

Finished pic doesn't look like pic in description
About 50% of this was the same color, which was white. Just doesn't have the multiple vibrant colors shown in the picture. Especially the sky. Pretty disappointing, but it's a gift, so no time to try to fix it up myself. First time I've purchased one that doesn't look like what's shown.

Not worth it
Some of the round "diamonds" end up in having too much space between them. The colors don't really stand out and you're not given enough colors to even try to match the picture that's posted. I would rather wait for shipping from Paint With Diamonds since they're much better quality.

A lot of the main beads are not well manufactured
If your anything like me, DO NOT just toss out the baby pink colored beads on this one. They predominately all suck and you have to pick from the best of the crappy ones, which isn’t good because it’s a lot of the picture. Even the white ones were not cut good. The case on the right side is filled with the beads that I found (not looking hard) of all the crap beads (like half a bead for most of them) that I found while doing this one.The picture turned out nice but like previously said the machine making these beads clearly needs to be looked at

Meh
So, my fault, I didn’t have any idea what diamond meant. I searched for paint by number and this popped up. I thought I was going to be painting.Easy to do, but does not look as polished as their picture. Meh.
