I works extremely well and i cant be happier with it. The price was hard to justify but aslomg as my laptop is working well then its worth it.

Well, I have installed and reinstalled a clean version of their software several times. It still has not worked since the app to run the fan has stopped working completely. I have had multiple issues with this product for some time since Christmas. Software and now hardware too. I would like to return this to Amazon. The software is garbage and will not respond to any inputs and is super buggy. I was having some issues that were easily fixed with instructions and a bit of a learning curve at first. But now I know that their software to run the fan has never worked great to begin with. And now it does not work period. By the way, no external controls for the fan is a ridiculous concept if you ask me. In fact, while we're on that subject why would anyone design a laptop fan with no external controls whatsoever? Dumb mistake. Shame on me for thinking it was going to work in the first place. I have made several attempts to reach out for support from the company and have had no success. I went on their website and saw many people have posted very similar issues with the product and the company does not respond. This is a scam and potentially fraudulent. There is no customer support whatsoever. So if the software does not work neither does the fans. That's how they designed it. I could go on. But you see my point. Should have known this overpriced garbage is not worth the money.

I wasn't sure about this when I bought it based on user reviews but I had seen it recommended on some other sites. The bottom line for me on this radiator is that it seems to work for me. It's stupid expensive, it is a 100% stupid install process, and fairly noisy. But, once it's up and running it does a fantastic job of cooling down my -51m. So, is it for you? I really don't know. I think it's worth the money so far, and I do think I'll be using it for some time because this thing is solid construction.

I am using this cooler with an Alienware Area 51 R2 (A51-R2) laptop. The cooler has 2 slots that firmly hold the A51-R2 in place so it won’t slip or slide. The cooler has about a 5-6 percent decline in slope from back to front which I love – it really makes typing much nicer. There are 4 fans aligned in a single file that feed directly into the A51-R2’s cooling system intake. Finally, the cooler has LED lighting across the back of it that you can set to match the color of your laptop’s lighting-pretty cool really.The cooler operates via a USB port and power port. The power cord has a transformer on one end of it, so account for that. The USB port automatically senses the A51-R2’s internal temp and sets the cooling fan workload appropriately. The fans can also be operated manually, although you will give your fans more life by using the automatic mode. If you decide, however, to use the manual mode, you can set the fan workload individually or in pairs (outer fans are one pair and inner fans are another pair). The software interface is well designed, visually attractive, and straight-forward to operate. In all honesty, I wish the power cord were twice as long, but an extension cord will work just fine. The fans are fans, so they generate noise. The noise is very tolerable at lower workloads, but at 100 percent workload they are pretty loud, although they do move a lot of air into the A51-R2.When I received my cooler, I had a few fan issues with it, but Robin at Giryriz customer support was all over it and got me up and running. They left no stone unturned and followed through faithfully on all aspects of what I needed. While one could say such a thing should be expected, I would say that such service in today’s market is hard to find, and I’ve made enough purchases with different companies to know.Just so everyone knows, any of the 4 cooling fans are easy to replace if anyone does have a fan problem, and Robin at customer service will quickly provide the fans and walk you through the process. I bought a used unit as it was available from the Amazon Warehouse, and I suspect that is why I had trouble with mine. But, and I can’t say this enough, Robin at customer service was there to ensure in the end I had a perfectly working cooler.Thank you Robin and Giryriz.

I have used many different laptops/cooler combinations and thought I would give this one a try due to the high price point. Figured it costs more so surely it should our perform anything else. I was wrong. It is made of master cuz metal and is very durable. The cooling can be controlled with the free software downloaded from the manufacturer website along with the RGB. It in terms of performance for the dollar, this is a flop. I could see this being sold for 49.99 all day. Not the current price of over $200.

Too much fan noise and it is not consistent. Also, way overpriced.

I bought this cooler in 2021 and for 3 years is running like a beast, I use my Alienware m15 R4 mostly for gaming with an external montitor, mouse and headphones. When I first bought it, I've tried 4 different collers before Giryriz Smart and they did nothing, after a coupe hours the laptop would get really HOT which then I had stop playing as I was worried it will fry it self out. I was going to rid the laptop and build a desktop but I swear Giryriz Smart saved the day. I'm shocked to see it currently unavailable and with so many bad reviews that most of them are none sense. I really hope it comes back as I want to be a second one for my second laptop.

My device doesn't work after some updates (windows 11). I downloaded the program, double-click desktop icon, app opens, I'm able to mess with some of the settings before 3-4 seconds goes by and it closes. Then not able to re-open without restarting computed. Total rip off.
