I recently decided to cut my night cap drinks out of my life and was looking for something to drink at night that would help me sleep and repair from the intense training I’ve been doing. So far this has been everything I could have asked for. In addition to that my high school player is loving it too.Bonus: This stuff has a decent amount of melatonin. 3mg. Last night I gave it to my daughters before bed. They slept like rocks through the night and are up and well rested in happy moods as I write this. Great product. I highly recommend.

These are actually helping me sleep too deeply when I need to get up and put firewood on every 4 hours so I might drink half a bottle per night or none if it's really cold. The tastes of the Chai is an awesome taste.

The product help me relax quicker, and has been able to make me fall asleep quicker, now I am getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night, instead of 4-5.

Seems they are masking undesirable flavors with sweeteners. I could not drink it. I tried using less product, but could not get past the sweet ntensity.

I think this stuff tastes horrible. It’s kind of like hot chocolate mixed with a handful of dust, some dirty bandaids and fake sugar. Made me gag the first time I tried it. I will say, tho, I think it actually works. I added in some Dutch processed cocoa to make it a little less gross and a little more tolerable.
