I highly recommend this.. I was advised by the reviews to use only whole milk (8oz) or 1/2 & 1/2. Bring milk to almost a boil then add 4-5 teaspoons of the powder mix a spoon at a time while continuing to wisk. Wisk with heat on until desired thickness. Not overly sweet.
