If you're looking to start up a discipleship group and are looking for a book, then look no further! Living In Jesus is my 5th Discipleship group book I've tried and it is by far the best. The formatting works so well as in every chapter starts with some "icebreaker" type questions that the group answers before moving onto the actual lesson, these questions get the neurons firing and opens the group time well. The lessons themselves are outstanding and easy to understand, there are tons of scripture references, and the infographics are very well made. It's the questions after the texts, however, where this book shines.The Holy Spirit will be in the room when members of your group start answering these questions. These are among the most thought provoking, open-ended questions I've ever seen and in my discipleship group, has lead to serious progress spiritually for all of us. The Spirit leads us into conversations that would not have happened if not for us being together with this book, and the questions take so much time to work through, we make 2 questions take over an hour easily. This will certainly not be the last time I use this book with a discipleship group!

this was a blessing to me

I am always unsure of ordering a bible study book. I'm the type likes to have cut and dried answers to the questions. Something I can look up and write the answer down. I don't like having to evaluate my emotions or thoughts. I want something I can check. This book is definitely one where I have to evaluate my emotions and thoughts, however, I do like the layout, the content and the questions. I am enjoying the evaluating process this time so I would recommend this book.

If I could give this book 20 stars, I would. I just ordered my third copy, because the other two I read them so much, they started falling apart.I am a complete and total book nerd, and I have read a LOT of amazing nonfiction Christian books....Classic Christianity....The Naked Gospel.....Grace Rules....Tired of Trying To Measure Up....The Rest Of The Gospel (of which I have two very marked up copies of) You would be blessed by reading any of these books, all of which stick to Gospel, speak truth, are biblically sound, and center around Jesus. But this book, just has a special place in my heart. It is so simple, is so freeing, a d yet teaches a truth that many of us have never even heard before.If you are a Christian, but you feel like you are falling short, worn out, or getting tired of living a Christian Life, or if you just have a pulse, then this book is for you. Seriously. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Gal. 2:20

This is one of the most effective and life changing resources that you may have never heard about. These sessions will anchor you and set your roots deeply into a life that will flourish in spite of our circumstances. These pages are not filled with academics, but from experience from knowing and walking with God. As a companion tool, listen to their podcast, also titled “Living in Jesus”. I recommend starting with the November 6th, 2020 episode “Intimacy with God”.

I HIGHLY recommend this workbook to anyone seeking to know and understand more about God and Jesus, and or to strengthen their relationship. This book is like a compassionate Christ centered counseling session in every section. Unlike many Christian resources, this does not evoke guilt and damnation, but clearly seems to be able to understand the saving grace of the Gospel and able to explain our fallen state in relation to our creator and Jesus' purpose: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Do not listen to the words of those who seek to twists the Bible to fit their human ways...go to The WORD OF GOD for yourself....and use this as a helpful guiding resource.

This book helps strengthen your walk with Christ! It assists you in becoming familiar with your flesh patterns and teaches how to rely oh Him! I would highly suggest taking this study if you are wanting to grow your relationship with Jesus.
