Q: Can I bring the CD to an office store and get everything printed?

Yes, I believe so, but I saw someone else wrote they did that and it cost them $300. There are ALOT of pages and printouts, I personally find it easier to print as I go about a week at a time.

Q: This state that it come with "no cd drive? free digital download of materials with every purchase" how can we do this?

If you go to the site listed on the disc, go to the "Contact Us" page and enter in your Amazon Order ID and it will give you a download link of the material.

Q: How was everything organized in the binder? Weekly? Monthly? Once the worksheet is completed, did it go back in the sheet protector?

Everything was organized starting with Month 1, day 1; Month 1 day 2, etc.. So the program can be started at any time. We'll start after Labor Day weekend. I placed each sheet in a page protector and put the first 5 mo. in one binder and the next 5 month in another binder. There are about 225 pages in total so I sent them to the local print shop to be printed because it's cheaper for me than buying print cartridges. That was about $20. So still very reasonably priced. Also, once your purchase it, it's yours year after year.

You print out the content you need.There are over 900 pages in the package. Everything comes on the CD so you can print one or as many copies as you need.
