Arrived as described. Should be happy with it.
Everything is as I would have expected, but when I went to register for the lifetime warranty I was informed this is NOT an approved online seller to qualify for the lifetime warranty. This is a major bummer, and I wish I had known that in advance. This is the reason I bought Rigid in the first place. Being a new item, I was not aware of the stipulation BEFORE the purchase. In the end, I have a great tool that I now hope lasts.
