The Body Avenue 100% Vitamin C Capsules bottle contains 60 capsuels. I have used it 5 days regularly, 2 tablets each day, one in the morning and one in evening. And just in 4 days I noticed much difference in my skin positively, So much improvement in Dark circles. Using it regularly and would recommend the same.
