Is it normal for these to develop lines at the base of the nipple? Lines develop immediately and i don't know if it's a result of manufacturing or wea

I've have used them for my kids and gifted them to other moms. I've never experienced that. Possibly contact manufacturer and request replacement. Pacifiers have always been clear.

If my daughter is almost 13 months do you recommend 6-18 or 18-24?

I would definitely recommended 6-18 months. My baby is tiny, he was 12 pounds at 7 months because he was a premie but the 0-6 months started seeming uncomfortable for him, I think because he is an aggressive sucker. So the base seemed pushed against his mouth. We ordered up and they were much better.

Some reviews mention glow in the dark? Which color is glow in the dark?

None of these style pacifiers are glow in the dark. Tomme Tippee does sell another style that glows in the dark. It's their breast like pacifier. https://www.amazon.com/Tommee-Tippee-Breast-Like-Skin-Like-Symmetrical/dp/B0B8SGRSJL/ref=sr_1_5?crid=3G6SMYDMMDIM5&keywords=tommee+tippee+pacifier&qid=1678568970&sprefix=tomme%2Caps%2C175&sr=8-5

Are these medical or food grade silicone?
