I love this light for my GoPro Hero Black 9. The light works great (where it makes sense from a cinematography point). My favorite thing I realized after buying this is that you can attached it to the bottom or the top. This doesn’t seem important, but it helps getting the lighting right and give me more options. I currently use it above my Camera, it allows me to attach or detach it easier since I mostly use my GoPro with the small bendy tri-pod thing I use. You Can also attach it to the bottom, or to other GoPro accessories, as the “bottom” mount is the same at the bottom of the GoPro. Which is cool! You can mount your light and camera separately, if conditions require. I mostly bought this as a mobile light to attach to my bendy tri-pod, but when I got it I realized it’s water proof for under water use! You have to plug the charging port tightly but this is approved for under water use! The other reason I like this as an all in one, is because it has different colors it can shine to help fill outside or in weird lighting. All in all, this is a great light, for a GoPro beginner like me so far!

Fantastic quality. I forgot to put on the cap. Went on a 30m dive and the light worked the whole time, even with water in light panel. I flushed with fresh water. Put in rice and heat at 38 c for 30 min. Still working great.

Worked well until I forgot to screw in the charging port cover on tightly. My fault but I have seen dive lights that have sealed charging ports.

i love this light! second time I used it (on scuba) it came disconnected and floated away. i liked it enough to buy again. will figure out how to keep it secure.

So far, so good! :-) I'm getting 4-5 hours of battery life out of mine. Burns indefinitely if plugged into a charger. I use it as a shop light to place bright light exactly where I need it, I use it to add color effects during photography and video sessions, and I use it for intense RED LIGHT THERAPY by simply lighting the room I'm in with in set to RED... This thing provides surprisingly intense lighting for being a palm sized unit, and has withstood being submerged into my creek for hours at a time (in 2-3 feet deep water) I'd love to see a unit like this about 4 times the size of this one. This is very good, I'd buy it again for sure.

Purchased this for a scuba trip to Cayman Brac for night dives. Max depth for the dive was 54', well within the specifications described for the product. After ONE dive, the light stayed on and it could not be powered down. I always use sealing grease for my electric dive equipment top prevent flooding from charging. Opened the battery port and it was still bone dry. With that said, the light was very nice, worked well (when it worked) and changing colors was easy. If you're not bringing it under water, this would be a great option.

This light is WAY brighter than I thought it would be! I took it camping and it lit up most of the camp area after dark, and the GoPro mount connector made it easy to attach to just about anything with the GoPro accessories I have already. The battery also lasted us the entire 3 days of camping like a champ! I also appreciated having the other color tones to use in the tent as I got ready for bed so it wasn’t as bright or hard on the eyes. Overall a very impressive product.

Bought 3 already because it is a fantastic tool to use underwater due to bright light, also the blue light allows you to take photos of bioluminescence like those expensive ones in the market, the brightness also helps you look at night so you can use it as an underwater lantern. Had to say, at first I was scared of it getting wet and all that but I've been doing lots of dives with max deep of 20 meters, and keeps working amazingly. Highly recommended!

The light started to leak water and stopped working after 3 dives only. Trying to get a refund now but the seller doesn't want so far.

Snorkling, diving, and anything else that requires a light. Very solid build quality and reasonable battery life. Good value for money!

great quality light, very happy with this purchase!

At first the light was decent, the Color modes were useful while lighting underwater and the white lights were bright. After multiple dives the white lights no longer work. I ensured that the seal was completely sealed before each dive and the light was not miss used or abused in any way leading me to conclude that this is an inferior product. I would advise to save your money and put it towards a better known brand specifically for diving.
