The alarm is not a scary alarm it only beeps once when you press the button. It was pretty difficult to hook up the Bluetooth my phone had to be really close to the bag in order for it to be recognized. And I have a iPhone. Just to make sure the sos work I hooked up the contacts and trying to see if it work to try it out and it was terrible. I sent the sos five minutes ago and my contacts have still not been notified of my sos! It was a 100 dollar waste so far! If it changes I will update! But Don’t buy for now.. you were warned.
