I had one that the powder coating had popped (not big area but still didn't look good) off but I had already laser engraved the other 7 (which were perfect) so I didn't bother with the return.. I did try the virtual assistant but got aggravated and stopped. These engrave well also. I will note that the chip section of powder coating was not in the bubble wrap or the box. So I'm not sure if it was damaged in shipping or put into bubble wrap with the chip from factory. Chip is seen in T-rex photo. Above it's head

I purchased these because I was tired of breaking my Mason jars. I make smoothies and freeze them. I am still learning how to work around thawing a frozen smoothie out with this tumbler since it stayed frozen for two days! I love that these also fit inside a car cup holder. They are all around perfect as I have dropped them a few times without a dent, yet.

This is an amazing tumbler.I am not a big fan of ice so it's great to have something that keeps my drinks cold for hours.Problem with many tumblers is that your coffee gets cold pretty quickly. Not with this. It keeps it hot for hours so you've got plenty of time to enjoy your hot coffee on your commute to work.

These are excellent quality and the top closures are very secure. I used a Cricut to make “class of 2021” stickers to place on them and they turned out BEAUTIFUL! These are part of a gift I made for our local High school Golf League’s graduating seniors. They were perfect for the base for the candy arrangements and a little something special for these wonderful kids.

I read the reviews and was a bit worried some mentioned having trouble opening the drinking hole but I have not had this issue with any of my lids. I do have a bit of trouble with getting it clean under the sliding lid part but not horribly bad. They do a great job insulating and well worth the money compared to more expensive mugs.

Great pack of stainless cups. We love them and keeps ice for probably a 24-36 hr period, depending on your environment even longer. This is my second purchase, The first order was for stocking stuffers with samples of different products in them for my clients. They loved them too.

They come individually wrapped which is nice for gifts. The color is a nice mint/turquoise color. They are smaller than I thought they would be but hold six oz as described. They look like the picture and seem like your run of the mill stainless steel cup. Don’t look like they will sweat. I’d say great buy for the price. Will be easily monogrammed on the smooth surface.

I bought this pack as it is cheaper than buying individual ones. I used them along with permanent vinyl adhesive to make personalized cups for co-workers. The cups and lids had great color and sturdy. My co-workers use and love them!
