I wrote a very uncomplimentary review about this item because these ramekins arrived broken, which didn’t bother me that much even though I cut my finger on one, but I was really upset because I couldn’t reorder them in my color choice one day later, and the statement was that they did not know if they would ever be in stock again.However, I was able to reorder two days after that. The second fiesta color set arrived undamaged and beautiful, just as shown in the picture a couple of days later. I couldn’t be happier.These are perfect for a Southwest themed party or to go with that type of color scheme in your kitchen. My kitchen happens to be black, so, it is the perfect pop of color where I make Mexican food almost daily.These ramekins are the perfect size for individual bowls of chili that are topped with cheese, and placed in the oven to melt or quest fundido. They are also perfect for separate toppings for Southwest or Mexican dishes: chopped onions in one, shredded cheese in another, diced chiles in a third, cilantro in the fourth and and cut limes sliced cabbage and/or sliced radishes in the fifth one.They are also a great size for dips like hummus, and ideal for individual portions of spinach artichoke dip right out of the oven. They wash perfectly in the dishwasher, and I have stored leftovers in them in the refrigerator without a problem. I have also used them in the microwave without incident. I haven’t tried to freeze anything in them. I think that is probably a dicey proposition as with all ceramic-ware.In conclusion, this is a great purchase as long as they don’t arrive broken. The manufacturer should put thicker liners between each dish. The liners they use are paper thin, and basically useless, which is probably why one broke, and the manufacturer should state when the product is going to be back in stock. Other than that, I am very happy. (I have included a photo on a standard size salad and dinner plate to provide a reference about the size.) Overall, I recommend this purchase.

I opened the package to 2 of the dishes being broken. Despite being careful I gave my finger a nasty gash. If you order have the bandages ready

These are perfect for reheating food in the microwave or oven. The size is perfect for a single serving. Pretty colors. Handles are wonderful for handling heated food.

My first order had three of six broken, but Amazon reordered and shipped the replacement immediately. The second order fared a bit better with only one having a hairline crack, but it can’t be used in the oven. So, basically, I have 5 of 6 useable.I think that the damage is occurring before it goes in the Amazon box because the outer box shows no damage, but I will choose another brand of ramekin next time. These are pretty, but not worth the hassle.

I bought these to make meals for my dad who lives alone they are the perfect size for 1 person. The colors are great

Exactly what I expected, took a lot longer than I thought it would roughly 2-1/2 months.

Bought a set of 6 and when I opened it, 2 of them were already broken. Really upset as this was a supposed to be a gift.
