adonit Dash 3 Replacement Tip (2-Pack)

I purchased this stylus to use with an iPhone 8 Plus. It works as expected. It does not have advanced features, it does not pair using Bluetooth. It does work as advertised. Simply turn the stylus on, the indicator will show green and then go out. It works well and has a nice feel. It has a replaceable tip. The charger is a USB plug that the stylus magnetically clicks into. It is small and travels easily. There is also a desktop charger base that is available.

Top quality product.

At first I was skeptical, because the tips are still made out of rubber that will wear out faster than other methods. They lasted more than there share of time and didn't stick and rub off like I thought they would.

I wouldn't be writing this review if the quality was higher or the price was lowered The tip the stylus came with lasted several months of heavy use. As it wore down I purchased this replacement pack at a price of 15$ for 2 I expected roughly the same wear. Less than a month later the tp wore through without warning or signs of wear and the metal part of the stylus left a small scratch in my screen a result. Unless I gotta one off defect this quality is well below the price point. If this was a sub 5$ part I would not care but the rapid wear and 15$ pricepoint there is no value here

pen quit working and since it was past warranty period i ordered new ones and all quit working, can't retain charge anymore.
