It's a lot cheaper than a new stove
My oven heating element turned white hot and I knew it was time for a new stove. My beautiful bride asked, "Can't we just replace the element?" So, being the good husband I try to be, I youtube'd a video and thought, "That's not hard. I shall give it a try!" After researching for a part number I found this on Amazon-ordered it-it arrived-I replaced it-it glows a lovely shade of orange and didn't stink near as bad as I was led to believe it might. This range has been in this home for 16 years and it looks as if we might get a few more years all because I took a few minutes to replace the element instead of throwing the baby out with the bath water.

Had to be adjusted due to shipping damage
Came as advertised however the carton was damaged & the connector tines/wires were damaged & had to be straightened Luckily it did work but had to be adjusted

Works like it should
Definitely recommend. Heating element died in our ancient oven. Cost to repair with a company or service would have been more than the value of a new stove. For what this cost, hard to go wrong. Install was easy, those wires that hook up are the hardest part to get on but other than that, works like it should. Fingers crossed that it will last but can't imagine it will last as long as the original for this price.

Thanks for having what I needed to fix my stove. Noooooooooo more doughy pizzas!! Lol!!I was 900.00 away from buying a new stove/oven if this didn't work.It's a great product and easy to install. Save yourself some money and buy this.My story is, about a month ago my oven just quit allowing me to preheat. Then nothing would cook. I googled it and found that I am in need of a heating element. I was going to pay for a technician to fix it but, that was far too outrageous of a cost for me to afford! I'm a diy gal and decided to try to fix it myself and I'm very glad that I did!
