Wonderful bread! 1 net carb per slice means I can actually have a sandwich without spiking my blood sugar . . . and I'm losing weight too. The rye is great with ham, etc. and the plain is great as is or toasted (try a little Smucker's sugar free preserves or a sprinkle of cinnamon and Splenda on toast. Yum!). Going to try some other flavors for sure. Consistency (or what marketers refer to as "mouthfeel") is a bit like an English muffin, chewy, but even my husband likes it and he has no blood sugar issues. Pricey, but worth every penny if you're serious about keeping your carb count down. Plus, it not only helps fill you up, but you feel full longer. I think that's pretty doggone awesome. (Don't understand what the reviewer who complained about nearly choking is on about, unless s/he tried to swallow a chunk without chewing it up first.) Anyway, this gets my highest recommendation. Good stuff!

This product is very dry in the mouth. It can be tolerable with lots of butter or mayo on the bread and wet ingredients like tomato.

The bread is very good and you can't beat the low carb count in each slice. My only negative is the shipping price. There has got to be a better way to get this awesome bread without paying as much for shipping as I do for the bread. I use to order fro locarb diner and their shipping was a 1/3 of the cost. Not sure I will roofer again because of this.

Very good bread substitute. Couldn't tell it wasn't just old fashioned bread. Slightly smaller loaves and a little expensive but when you want bread this is great stuff. You can't make a grilled cheese on lettuce, this is the answer to low carb diets. I bought four loaves ,two white two rye. Grilled reubens came out fantastic and grilled cheese was amazing. It is a little spungier than normal modern bread, it tastes and has the texture of bread from 40 years ago when it would go stale in a few days. It should be refrigerated but I would freeze until you use and keep cold until used up. Excellent replacement for Keto and low carb diets.

Bagels are great. Just got the bread. What the hell am I suppose to do with this. All over the place in the package. Small and very uneven slices. How do you make a sandwich let alone anything with this. Definitely not again!!

I've had a lot of Keto type breads in the past. This one will not be one in the future. Very disappointing. Very dry. Almost edible if toasted. Very expensive. Just go out and buy dark Rye Sourdough bread. Low carbs and tastes great.

I ordered the rye bread. It actually shipped either the same day or the following business day. I recieved it 3 weeks sooner than Amazon said I would. I absolutely love this bread! No, it's not the same as regular rye bread; it has a denser, somewhat chewier texture but it tastes great. I put one loaf in the fridge and the second in the freezer for later. For the people complaining about these products, I kind of feel like they haven't been off bread for very long. I don't remember the last time I had bread so this was a fantastic find! I highly recommend this product to anyone on a carb restrictive meal plan.
