Great exercise for seniors that find Thi Chi to physically challenging. The breathing exercise is calming and helps you center yourself.

Another great dvd. Everything from YMAA has been great.

I like the DVD, easy to follow. This was a used item and it is in excellent condition, arrived quickly.

I have several of Lee Holden’s Qi Gong videos and love working with him. He gives helpful instruction and I rotate through them. I especially like the newer videos and would recommend them. Going through the 5 elements helps to balance the energy. I’m not very good at explaining,I just really enjoy each workout. There are usually two or three different versions- extended , long and short. Ranging from about 40 minutes to 25 minutes.

The 5 elements is a great way to relieve illness, energize yourself, help get unstuck mentally and help your healing process. You must be consistent in using the program to heal your body. I have had tremendous results with Lee Holden's Qi gone videos and programs in past years. You will never regret spending the very small amount of money on the DVD's. You are worth it.

The scenery was beautiful and portrayed the Five Elements. Helped you feel far away and in tune with the flows. Lee Holden has a soothing voice yet energetic. This makes you feel happy.

For me, this is Lee's absolute best DVD. One can't help but feel alive and the qi flowing after doing this practice.

Love this one, the scenery is gorgeous. I will say though that you do need some stamina for the short version as they are strong standing poses with arms raised!

So disappointed … tried to place this today. Nothing but jumping images and squeaky Chinese sounding music… shall be ordering a different one…
