I wasn't able to find a trailer coupler local to me that had the correct bolt spacing from the top of the tongue on my older Floe snowmobile trailer. The ones at Menards and Fleet Farm must be a newer standard and would have required me to drill new mounting holes in the trailer tongue to work. I'm thrilled I found this one which fit like a glove and took less than 5 minutes to install. I wish it wasn't made in China, but beggars can't be choosers sometimes.

I have a year 2000 model trailer. The tongue got bent (long story) and I had to replace the tongue and the coupler that was also damaged. I purchased the same model No. of coupler and was impressed how nice and stout it felt. The issue was the new coupler did not line up with the mounting holes in the tongue. I assume that in 20 plus years, the coupler design had changed a wee bit with a slightly different mounting configuration - annoying! Now, if you have access to machining tools and can cut and drill thru stout metal, not a problem. I do not and had to get creative in getting it to work with my limited supply of power tools and several new drill bits. But finally got it done!

I purchased this product to replace the tongue on my Triton snowmobile trailer. The old one was beat up, rusted, and out of adjustment.This tongue arrived well packaged and on time. It came with an instruction sheet and appears to be well made. It feels heavier than the original tongue coupler, and looks and works a whole lot better. It did not come with the mounting hardware but I didn't expect it to. It installed just like the old one, was already adjusted for a 2" ball, and seems to work well. Happy with the purchase.

I had to replace a badly rusted trailer coupler on my trailer which used 3” wide box tubing. I could barely make out the Fulton name and the #300. When the coupler arrived, the holes lined up perfectly. Took me only 5 minutes to install it.

Its a Fulton, so there is no question as to the quality and performance of their products. THis is no differnet, its well made, has an exceptional finish, everything works smoothly and tightly, no slop, nothing flimsy. this is the real deal. If you want quality, this is it.

built my on 5x8 trailer, out of old boat trailer. this was easy to install. an rust proof. have pulled my motorcycle with this trailer. tongue worked great & still tight.

Came on time. Installation (replacement of the old unit) went without any troubles. Recommend this product.
