Color:Black Kershaw’s TX-Tool is just right for adjusting any Kershaw knife. Whether switching a pocketclip, tightening a screw or adjusting the pivot tension, Kershaw owners now have the perfect tool for most every adjustment. The TX-Tool is a new and improved version of the original T-Tool. It includes five key bits for adjusting Kershaw’s: T-6, T-8, T-10, and a #2 Phillips for most Kershaw knives, plus a slotted screwdriver bit for the pivot of the Kershaw-Emerson products. A magnetic bit driver tip makes changing bits easy and all bits store conveniently inside the TX-Tool's handle. A pocketclip, with a cutout Kershaw logo “K”, makes it easy to carry the TX-Tool wherever you go. Weighing only 1-ounce, the TX-Tool is conveniently lightweight and easy to carry comfortable in any situation.

Good for what it is but not durable
Looks good, priced right and feels nice. The T8 stripped out the second time I used it, funny enough, on a Kershaw branded knife. I liked the old Kershaw Torx tool a lot better but I misplaced it and bought this as a replacement. All in all, it's fine for light use and novice knife owners but if you want something that will last, get a dedicated torx kit.EDIT : Also note, the original Kershaw Torx kit had standard sized bits which allowed you to use them in other driver handles. These are way thinner and seem to only fit this tube. It definitely cuts down on the usefulness of this tool. I'd recommend getting the Wiha Torx bit kit and a nice driver handle for only a little bit more that will last a lot longer. You don't need a substantial handle because you don't want to or need to put too much torque on knives, but for breaking loctited screws (after heating it up of course) it is very helpful.

I love the concept
I love the concept, but the bits are very cheap. They get deformed very easily. Since they are non-standard sized bits, once you tweak them the whole tool is basically shot, as there is no easy way to get replacements. I'd pay double the price if they offered hardened bits that would stand up to normal use.

Lots of crap reviews, but the deal was sound and I mostly bought it for the handle as it looked small and had bit storage. The handle is awesome, its only 4 inches long and a little thicker than a sharpie, so very easy to carry in a pocket. I used the T6 for an example vs an iFixit bit, my old Byrd folder was the test as I know it had never been torn down. The bit is actually tighter than the iFixit equiv, I cant speak for the comparisons of Naunch and Wiha but I can say they are serviceable. SO YES - it takes standard mini bits available from a number of high quality sources once these die.An added bonus, they added an O-Ring to the bottom of the threads for the bit cavity, so not only does it prevent losing the cap, but its waterproof (I tested this personally since its not documented anywhere). This is a huge bonus for the EDC crowd, store some cash or backup meds. and deep enough to still host bits. The cavity is almost the entire length of the driver, so to all you stoners out there, yes its deep and wide enough to easily hold two phat joints...LOL

Soft bit screws
Not a good tool. Soft metal bits. Stick to the Wiha brand, which are much better

Works Great!
...but this one is Kershaw branded and it works well! The cap on top has a rubber washer on it to prevent anything getting inside when it's screwed on. Also makes it feel nice to screw the cap back on - kind of a smooth feeling once it hits the washer. The bit holder end is magnetized and holds the bits in very well. You get 3 hex bits (T6/T8/T10), a flathead bit, and a phillips bit. So far the torx bits have been enough to adjust on any pocket knife I've come across. The first knife I had to use it on to change the pocket clip side. The screws were held in with thread locker - and this tool worked flawlessly for it. No stripped bits, no problems at all. My experience with it has been solid. There are other pocket screwdrivers. I got this with the sole intent of using it to adjust pocket knives - specifically my Kershaw ones. For that, it works great. I've used it on an OKC and a Steel Will as well with no problems. On some knives you might need two screwdrivers, in order to apply counter pressure.Update: I've used this for over a year now and the bits are still great. I've used it on high end Spyderco and Benchmade knives and cheaper knives too. The bits seem well made! Wish they were magnetic...

POORLY heat-treated bits - AVOID.
The concept is cool; all the most common bits for Kershaw/Zero Tolerance knives in a single tool.Usually, I automatically avoid "combo" or "all-in-one" type tools because the "Jack-of-all-trades" (and master of none) philosophy doesnt apply very well to tools. But in this case, possessing multiples of both Kershaw and Zero Tolerance knives, I thought, "Sure, why not? Here's why: Either badly, lazily, or completely UN-treated steel bits will pretty easily deform under even moderate twisting pressure. Two of mine did, and I don't usually abuse my tools. The better solution would be to buy the proper sized stand-alone driver. That's what I had to do.I really wanted to like this tool. The fit/finish (well...the 'finish' part, at least) is actually pretty nice. Care was taken in both design and execution.Meh. Just do yourself a favor and buy the stand-alone drivers.

Must Have Tool for Kershaw Kife Owners
Great little tool. I have a real old Kershaw tool but lost one of the critical Torx bits. This has 5 bits including Phillips. It's actually the second one I've ordered. The first one had the cap on so tight, the o-ring seal was destroyed. Plus the bits were jammed in so tight, I cut several grooves in my desk trying to knock them out. They sent me a replacement right away. No problem with the second one.

Cool pocket-carry tool—make a note of the bits YOU need
Cool tool. Warning, it only contains a t6, and t8, I believe, one bit is a Philips head, one a straight head, and one more, I forget which, so chances are that ALL your Torx needs may not be met.I decided to be thorough instead of guessing; bits are as follows:straight screwdriver bit says 4.0 (mm?)PH2 Philips headAnd Torx, t6, t8, and t10I also like the rubber washer on the screw top, & the artfully designed K built in to the pocket clip. T6, and 8 probably do cover most knife tinkering applications.

Material de las puntas de baja calidad, no de ACERO RESISTENTE
Las puntas son de un material muy débil, en el primer uso se pulverizaron dos puntas. Definitivamente no son de ACERO.

Adequate
It’s lightweight and portable. It makes for a good EDC with which to tune or adjust most folding knives. The construction of the driver itself is flimsy, but the bits are good quality.

Malos materiales.
No lo vale. Mejor ahorro un poquito más y compro un set de Wiha. Malos materiales, se barren con facilidad.
