SurebonderDT-270F Dual Temperature Full Size Glue Gun

In less than 2 months this glue gun started to smell like something was burning. Then I had trouble getting the gun to flow from the gun without squeezing my fingers to death. I admit I use a glue gun every day for crafts. Upon unplugging it, I notice the tip end of the gun, not the point, was light brown as if it was burnt. I am very disappointed that this gun is too dangerous to use. How can I return it for a refund?

I am very satisfied with this glue gun. The stand is nice. I always put something under it while using it (like a piece of cardboard or old magazine). It heats up fast and does the job.

Perfect for making wax seals on LOW temp mode.

I like the dual temp although to be honest I’d stick to another brand! I bought the glueGun hearing good things about it and as a full time crafter I use it A LOT..... idk if I got a defected one or what but it’s makes it a pain to use, I have to squeeze super hard for anything to come out and when it does it overflows! I would love something a lot easier to use being that I have carpal tunnel it’s very hard on my hands and fingers.. I will be buying glue gun.
