Good quality and stable
The rack was easy to put together. It would be easy to take down and store after sweater season. It is quite large, so I am glad I have enough space to leave it assembled. It is so stable that I found my Maine Coon cat sleeping on the 3rd level on my clean, dry sweater in the morning.

Perfect for drying heavy sweaters; great customer service; requires some assembly
This drying rack is absolutely perfect for my beloved sweaters. I'm a bit of a sweater fiend, and I'm always nervous they'll get misshapen when they're wet and heavy. The largest flat-drying rack I'd been able to find before this one was much cheaper, but it only fit 4 flat items and only just barely, and I had to fold things over more, lengthening drying time. This is large enough for at least six items, and often I can fit two on one shelf with no overlap. It's very gentle; the mesh is much better than metal rack rungs, and I spend less time waiting for things to dry and flipping them over. My one gripe initially was that the poles it's made up of are a raw cut metal and the bottom was exposed, so it scratched my wood floors a bit. The customer service was fantastic though; they emailed me to follow up on my satisfaction, and they mailed me more of the plastic connectors for free so that I could use them to cap the ends. They updated their plastic corner connectors to a more sturdy, easy-to-assemble version, as well, and they assured me that future purchasers would automatically receive enough of the new version of the connectors to use them to cap the bottoms.

They work exactly as described.
Works exactly as described and as expected. It took a little work to assemble, but I like that you can choose how you put it together. Instead of making one tower, 6 high, I made 3 two high towers. I figured this would be easier to use and smaller to put away. That’s my biggest complaint. It’s big. I wish it folded and could be slid under or beside something when not in use. My husband bought theses for me when I complained I needed somewhere to dry clothes flat. They work, I can put two side by side for a dress, and when I stack them, it’s about 3 feet high. They do exact what they are supposed to. As for durability, they are perfectly fine, but if a kid or heavy dog climbed/fell on them, they probably wouldn’t make it.

Nice sweater drying rack
My kit came with all the necessary parts. I put together three tiers, but haven't place anything on them. Each tier is a little wobbly, but once set in with the others, it seems fine. There is plenty of room to place and adjust a clothing item on a middle tier. When putting the metal dowels in, use care. You will have to treat the rack with care. Don't put too heavy items on it. Once putting the dowel into the joint, don't move it around. Don't push the rack with wet clothes because you might crack a joint. Don't be the gorilla in the old Samsonite luggage commercial. You will need to hand wash the mesh as they actually smell. I just washed mine with lots of liquid detergent, and they smell. So I am now soaking them in mostly vinegar with some water.

and the other options were all $20 for only two pieces so this is the better buy. I wish it came with a nylon ...
This is EXACTLY what I needed! Most of my work clothes need to lay flat to dry, and the other options were all $20 for only two pieces so this is the better buy. I wish it came with a nylon bag or something to hold the pieces for when it's packed away and not in use, but that's my only negative comment. PROS: Frame is metal, connectors are plastic, goes together pretty easily. I love how you can configure it as needed like if you have a dress that needs to lie flat you could easily set two or three side by side. Fabric mesh would be easy to clean it needed, looks to be of good quality. CONS: There are NO set up instructions. It's really easy to figure out, but a diagram would have been nice. No bag is included, so unless you plan on setting this up and keeping it up finding a way to store it without losing pieces will be a chore.

Excellent for flat drying
Good product for drying clothes! Works well, and its stacking feature allows for lots of pieces to dry at the same time, so long as you keep "going up". It's also very light weight, so moving them around is simple. (But, structurally, it is very sound and holds up to wet clothes well.) My only issue is figuring out what to do with them when they're not in use, because I don't want to break them down and put them back together each time. But we just started using these, so I'm expecting to figure out a routine before too much longer.

Great, but inconvenient to break down and set up repeatedly.
Update: 7/21. As predicted: It is a pain in the ass to break down and store and then rebuild if you want to use it again. They need to make all the arts fold. Also, the bottom legs end up bending if you have it full stacked, and it is difficult to move while fully stacked if things are on it without the legs buckling. I suppose you get what you pay for. I purchased this as a painting drying rack. I would give it 5 stars, but I gave it 4 stars because it will be very time consuming to disassemble. I wish the legs folded down for easier storage and quicker accessibility when not in use. It does come with a storage bag, but you still have to remove every leg and corner support in order to fit everything back in the bag. Simply inconvenient in a small space. Highly recommend if you have the space to leave it up permanently.

Very well made and quite easy to assemble. First time I used it, I placed 6 sweaters on the drying rack and once dry there were no visible wrinkles. I love it.

Nous avons acheté ce produit pour l’atelier de ma fille. Elle y fait sécher ses peintures acryliques et aquarelles. Ça fonctionne bien et en plus c’est facilement mi table et démontable au besoin. Vient avec sac de rangement!

Bought it for my mom for her birthday and it's assembled all summer and fall every year now with her drying herbs and berries. I haven't seen any discolorations or anything and it's pretty easy to out together.

A bit pricey but it has been a God send for all the lay flat to dry clothes. So much space to use. Great for our growing family.
