What’s the recommend age to use this?

You can start at any age since this toothpaste does not contain fluorides and is said to be safe to swallow. My kids did and all is fine.

Does this whiten teeth?

While regular brushing by children helps keep young teeth healthy-looking and bright, this toothpaste was not designed to be a specific whitening formula.
