3-Piece Aviation Snip Set for Metal Cutting with Comfort Grips, Left, Right and Straight Cut

Class I bought this 3-piece set for general DIY metal cutting, and they are an absolute steal for the price. The solid construction surprised me right out of the box—the chromium-vanadium steel blades feel thick, durable, and heavy-duty, with sharp serrated edges that bite cleanly into sheet metal without slipping. They are incredibly easy to use. The spring-assisted compound action means you don't need a ton of hand strength to make a clean cut, and the rubberized comfort grips keep your hands from getting fatigued during extended use. The one-handed auto-release latch is also smooth and responsive. Getting a complete three-piece set (Left, Right, and Straight cuts) at this price point is highly economical. You get the exact same functionality as the premium name brands for a fraction of the cost. If you need a reliable set of snips for HVAC, roofing, or backyard projects, don't hesitate to pick these up.

Great tools, good value, feel and perform with grit. Should last a long time. I recommend these for the money and practical uses. Orange Box cost a lot more for the same jobbers. So if you need one get the set you won’t be sorry!

Nothing better than new metal snips. Ut metal siding on my garage and these helped!

good tool for the price, great for the weekend handy man

try buying these in DP or that low place - they are like $40 for the set and it is literally the same tools! - These things are sharp, will cut anything and work great - So I came home early from work the other day - i heard some racket in the back room - my girl friend was naked and had been working on her Christmas Costume with Zip ties - she was down on all fours with her hands zip tied behind her back- i was a little confused at first, the zip toes were really tight on her wrist, and she had a second tie around her ankles... after using these snips to cleanly and safely cut her free she explained that she was trying to build a new alien synthetic costume for an up coming Christmas pub crawl - she gotta little carried away and strapped herself up- still dont know why the window was open and the screen blown out but I am just happy i had these awesome snips to cut her free

I purchased these a few months back but finally was able to use them the other day when I replaced the down spouts on my home. I needed to trim the length of the spouts and pulled out my snip set. First, the feel of the snips in my hand felt very natural. The handles have a very 'friendly' feel, and the grip is comfortable. Second, they feel and perform very durably. Cutting through the metal down spout felt like I was cutting through paper. The blade length was not too short, nor too long. And I appreciate the Red, Yellow, Green colored handles to differentiate the snips. I'm very happy I purchased these - and if I remember correctly, the price was good too. I recall being torn between these Amazon Basic snips and some other name brand snips, but honestly, I am glad I went with the Amazon Basics; they are not basic. :-)

Good Aviation Snip set

Excellent value, especially for small projects or infrequent use. My Wiss straight snips are better quality, but it isn't drastic, but this was a good set to get some left and right snips.

Like the prompt delivery and of course the sturdy product too

The Amazon Basics aviation snip set is surprisingly solid for the price. Each pair (straight, left, and right cut) feels sturdy, cuts sheet metal cleanly, and the grips are comfortable for extended use. I’ve already used them on ductwork and aluminum trim with no problem. A great budget-friendly set that performs like more expensive brands.

Günstige Alternative, mit der ich alle meine benötigten Blechschnitte problemlos durchführen konnte. War die richtige Entscheidung das Scheerenpaket käuflich zu einem wirklich angemessenen Preis zu erwerben!
