I run summer climbing trips for kids and this sleeping bag is actually far better for sleeping in warm weather than any of the others, including my fancy summer bag. It's lightweight, it fully unzips, and it packs down small (although you'll probably want to pack it in a better compression sack). When I bought it, I was looking for the lightest non-down sleeping bag i could find (I'm allergic to down). I wanted it to have a rectangular foot box and to pack down small. It didn't need to work for cold weather. I got frustrated with the name brand options bc none packed down nearly as small, so I decided to try this one and I haven't looked back. I use it in the spring, summer, and fall. During the cooler times, I just use a lightweight liner with it. If the temps drop below 45 at night, I do switch bags, but that's fine. This is a great sleeping bag, especially for the price.

**Q: what is the length of this caming sleeping bag? does it fit adults?**
A: At 86" long and 30" wide, I'd say it's about perfect for most adults. (black version, other colors may come in different sizes.)

I'm 5'11 and 220 lbs. I can stretch my feet all the way to the bottom and still cover my face with the top layer. There's still a a few inches left for a taller person than myself.

Now lying on my back, it is a little snug around my upper arms. Someone heavier than myself might want to look elsewhere. Luckily for me, I'm a side sleeper so it's not a problem.

**Q: Is this for warm nights? don’t give me the seller standard bla bla answer of this blocks out temps above 60f and keeps you warm. when it’s 85f you don**
A: We purchased them for homeless outreach clients and they fit our requirements of being compact and light enough for transport while keeping people warm at night.

**Q: How effective is this for home furnishing and business travel?**
A: Pretty good.  We use a couple of these along with two inflating mats for when we travel and might spend the night somewhere without a bed free.  They tighten to pretty small size too, about the size of two softballs for each bag.

**Q: Think this would be good to hand out to the homeless in a tropical climate? (I was thinking that its size and portability might make it a good choice)**
A: Sure, the size is pretty small and it's ok for warm climate at night. Definitely won't do on more cold environments, but on a warm climate sure do. And probably this will be better than nothing. Nevertheless, the outside is pretty thin and it's not suitable for using over rocks or pointy edges.

I bought this sleeping bag for mainly indoor use and tried it out last night. It was very comfy for sleeping in 70-72F. It definitely is specifically for warm temperatures--I don't think it would be warm enough for me if the temperature was below 60F. The material is light, soft, and smooth, and I think it will be fine for my use. It does roll up and pack very compact as well. The only thing that would make it better would be if the sleeping bag was at least six inches wider (or twelve inches for the unzipped width); I am not the skinniest person on the planet, but I think even in my skinny days I would have felt a little claustrophobic with this zipped up. As it is, I will simply used this completely unzipped. Again, I only plan on using it indoors, so I'm not really worried about a draft. It was long enough for me (I'm 5'4"), but I suspect if you were over 6', this bag would also not be long enough for you.
