The instructions say 4 pills per day, but I only drink 1 daily and I have to say my nails, my skin, my hair, specially my body hair has gotten thicker, my skin has gotten shinier and more glowy. I was skeptic of this product, maybe its placebo, but all I can say is I'm aging backwards. The product should be about 2 to 3 dollars cheaper, but for what it's worth it has worked for me.

It doesn’t have any unpleasant smell, it’s easy to swallow, and the price is affordable. I haven’t been taking it consistently, so I can’t really say that I’ve noticed any significant effects. However, I like that it’s an easy and convenient way to supplement my collagen intake.

My chiropractor recommended these. They seem to help. I had to wait till I finished the whole bottle before I gave my thoughts on this product. He did not recommend the brand. He just recommended the contents of the bottle
