My headaches arise from the back of my neck and occur at night or early morning. I have been on every kind of medication and have spent a fortune visiting chiropractors, therapists, osteopaths and having massages over the last 15 years.I have tried this product before, but would always apply it to my forehead to ease my headaches and it was not very effective. However, when I applied it to the back of my neck before the onset of a headache and slept with it on all night to my astonishment, I woke up the next morning with a clear head. It is still early days as I have only had to use it twice, but on both occasions I woke up headache free. This is unprecedented for me. My theory is that it is preventing nerves from becoming irritated or calming any inflammation in that area. I suffer from tension headaches possibly cervicogenic just to add some additional information which might be helpful to other sufferers
