Bite strips referred to in the instructions are missing - if I return will I get bite strips?

I don’t think this one has bite strips as there are no holes for the bite strips to push into

Hi! I bought the green one as my first exerciser and it worked out perfectly fine. I started slow and upped the strength and speed of my bites as the weeks progressed.

Are the bite strips included?

No there's grooves for the Teath on this one

Can you use it with dentures

I don't wear them, but I don't imagine you can because you need to bite quite firmly into the grooves on the exerciser.
