These arrived as indicated, and I am already benefiting from the warmth during this extremely cold spell. Although acrylic (I generally prefer wool) they’re great over tights/ leggings. I’ve yet to try them with skinny jeans but think they would be fine. In the house, with the heating a little lower, a simple aid to keeping comfortable. Flaunted smugly in Pilates Zoom session!

Good quality. Fitted from ancle to just above my knee. I am 5ft 8in with long legs so didn't expect them to be as long as in the photo. I ordered the mostly 'black/red/blue' version. The colour was much darker than expected, no light blue in them, it is more a muted grey/blue, but I am pleased with them, they are very nice and cosy. I also bought a different pair from another amazon supplier that were brighter blues and greens. These were cheaper and pretty much the same.

Initially I bought the dark blue, which turned out to be a bit lurid with a flash of almost luminous orange: as others have noted, the colour of the “black” is rich without being discordant.There is plenty of width in these: if you have skinny legs they will indeed be too loose, except over jeans or boots. For those with even slightly heavier legs, who often struggle to find things to fit, these are ideal. They are ok over socks, tights, or narrow trousers.The length is about as short as you’d want: pulled down over the top of the boot, they come over the kneecap but not higher. You can wear them either way up. They stay up quite well but on bare legs would probably slide down round the ankles, as they are meant to.The fibre content is labelled as 30% wool, 70% acrylic. That feels about correct. There is a seam down the back, not obvious and well finished off. They’re extremely warm.
